Ever Wonder Why We're Here?

You're here likely because you've found your tank drowning in aiptasia, or maybe you've spotted a few sprouting after your most recent haul from your LFS. Left unchecked, these nems will take you on a wild ride and destroy the ecosystem you worked hard to build from the ground up.

We know because we've lost a lot in the last 40+ years in this hobby and aiptasia has been one of the most common problems we've seen new reefers struggle to deal with.

Why Do We Do It?

Canada has an aiptasia problem, almost every order of new coral comes with an infestation it seems. We've lived this problem for so long and tried everything. Filefish, butterfly fish, chemicals, manual scrubbing, etc... not much worked without causing other issues.

We started to use berghia in large numbers and it picked our 120 gal clean over a few months. It cost a lot, but we learned plenty and we want to pay it forward to you.
